Cornish Bakery is seeking a Bakery Manager with proven leadership in hospitality to inspire and coach a team, maintain high food quality and safety, and drive outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

You will lead by example, manage costs, and deliver strong KPI performance while delivering World-Class coffee and freshly baked goods. Join a values-driven team in a vibrant local bakery network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
• Food preparation and food service experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Experience in staff training and coaching.
• Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
