Qualifications

• Experience of managing a production area/multiple lines in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience of operating in a traditional employee relations climate/heavily Unionised environment.
• Experience in a continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and deliver the site labour standard managing overtime.
• Ensure people are trained to run lines efficiently and to legal requirements.
• Monitor efficiency, waste and TOS in line with targets.
