Responsibilities

• Prepare a range of bakery items to a high quality, including bakery to go for the food hall.
• Ensure operation complies with health and safety and food hygiene requirements.
• Work with the restaurant team to present items to a high standard for customers.
• Develop knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen handling.
