Job summary

Staffline is hiring a Skilled Production Operative in Milton Keynes for a full-time role on fixed shifts. You will work 4am–1pm or 6am–3pm, preparing and processing materials to meet recipes while maintaining safety, quality, and traceability standards.

Experience in food manufacturing is valued, but full training is provided. The position offers overtime opportunities and onsite support, with potential to progress to permanent staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and supply materials and products per schedules.
• Carry out pre-start checks, quality checks and safety inspections.
• Complete production documentation and traceability records.
• Ensure products meet quality and weight specifications.
• Follow allergen control, GMP and hygiene procedures.
• Operate equipment safely to meet targets with minimal waste.
• Wear PPE and report hazards or safety concerns promptly.
