Job summary

Ethero Ltd is seeking Bakery Operatives for Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will assist with the preparation and production of bakery products, operate machinery under supervision, and pack finished goods while maintaining hygiene and safety.

Training provided and opportunities to rotate across departments. Shifts include night blocks; you’ll work four days out of seven with weekly pay, and enjoy on-site perks like shop discounts, free parking, a canteen, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered).
• Previous food-production experience is helpful but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Pay rate: £13.11 - £13.15 per hour PAYE, paid weekly

Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

Working Hours

• Any 4 days out of 7
• Sunday to Saturday

Shift Times As Follows

• 18:30 - 06:30 / 06:30 - 18:30
• 19:00 to 07:00 / 19:00 to 07:00
