Reed Talent Solutions is recruiting a Process Operator for our Edinburgh bakery. You will join a busy, fast-paced production team responsible for operating machinery, monitoring processes, recording data, and supporting packing and distribution of finished goods.

The role offers a rotating dayshift pattern with early and late shifts on a Monday to Friday schedule. You will work on-site in Edinburgh, contributing to food safety, quality, and operational excellence while developing a broad range

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production processes and equipment across the bakery.
