Job summary

Galloways Bakers in Wigan is seeking a hands-on bakery assistant to join our friendly team. The role focuses on packing and supporting daily bakery operations across our 23 shops, with a 33.5 hour week over five days and Sundays on a rota. Full training will be provided, and a positive, flexible attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Conscientious and hardworking; flexible in working patterns.
• Full training will be provided in all departments.
• Experience in a Bakery or food industry is preferred.
• Must be reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a friendly bakery team across departments.
• Adapt to a rota with weekend coverage as required.
