Job summary

Albert Bartlett is seeking a Forklift Truck Driver for the Backshift at our Airdrie facility. You’ll operate forklifts safely, load and unload goods, and maintain tidy storage while supporting production goals in a busy warehouse.

The role requires a valid forklift license, a safety-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with the team on backshift. In return, we offer long service awards and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
• Strong commitment to health and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on backshift.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Reliability and flexibility to cover backshift hours consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move products around the warehouse on the backshift.
• Load and unload goods with accuracy and care.
• Keep storage areas neat and organized for easy inventory access.
• Perform equipment checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory control during shift.
