Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to design and implement REST APIs and data pipelines for our IoT platform.

You will build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, optimise databases, and implement telemetry and monitoring. This on-site role requires you to live within commutable distance to Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production backend systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Python

• Security engineering experience
• GIS or geospatial data handling
• Machine learning or data science background
• Time-series data and databases (e.g. InfluxDB, TimescaleDB)
