Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver secure, reliable backend solutions and contribute to DevOps practices. As you gain experience, you may take on technical leadership, mentoring, or ownership of specific areas.

Qualifications

• Java/JEE development experience.
• Experience with Spring or similar frameworks.
• Web tech (JSP/Servlets).
• Experience with DI/IoC/AOP patterns.
• Familiarity with functional programming concepts.
• TDD and automated testing experience.
• Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate or equivalent data access.
• Transaction management skills.
• Batch processing exposure.
• API development and system integration.
• CI/CD and Git-based workflows in DevOps environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver or own tasks depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java/JEE and related frameworks.
• Build backend components and services with Java-based frameworks.
• Apply enterprise patterns (DI, IoC, AOP) and functional programming concepts.
• Develop secure, efficient data access and transaction management.
• Support integration with enterprise systems and services.
• Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, architects, and developers to deliver quality outcomes.
