Job summary

Too Good To Go is launching a brand-new engineering hub in London and we are looking for foundational Backend Software Engineers to help us kick it off, building a completely new team. You will define, build, and deliver product features within a cross-functional team, writing high-quality Java code, using SpringBoot, AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend development experience in Java ecosystem.
• Proven production experience with Java, SpringBoot, MySQL, and messaging systems.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design and clean/hexagonal architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS services (SQS, SNS, S3...) and search/storage tools like Elasticsearch and Redis.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and building scalable solutions.
• Strong collaboration in cross-functional product teams and commitment to quality code.
