• 3-5 years of backend development experience.

• Production ownership: monitoring, deployments, incident handling.
• Good communication skills and a quality-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services in Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and work with microservices and distributed systems.
• Take end-to-end ownership of your services, including monitoring, deployment and production support.
• Handle live incidents, root cause analysis and postmortems.
• Write high-quality production and test code, and refactor with good design patterns.
• Work closely with product, engineering and other teams on design and prioritisation.
