Job summary

Enso Recruitment is seeking a Back End Developer to join a product-focused technology organisation. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, delivery, and customer engagement to ensure successful product deployment and continuous improvement across customer environments.

Key responsibilities include deploying software, troubleshooting issues with customers, and implementing new features within an Agile team. Strong Python and Linux skills, plus cloud experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Software Engineering or Developer role.
• Experience with Python and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar).
• Strong Linux environments knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful deployment and ongoing use of software products across customer environments.
• Work with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Capture, prioritise, and deliver work within an Agile team environment.
• Support onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth product adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, usability, and delivery processes.
• Build automation and tooling to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Monitor and maintain cloud-based environments and infrastructure.
• Take ownership of product performance across customer deployments.
