Responsibilities

• Строить и владеть backend-системами, API, пайплайнами Ethereum и интеграциями staking инфраструктуры.
• Владеть дизайном систем на всём цикле: архитектура, реализация, тестирование, деплой и observability.
• Интегрироваться с execution и consensus слоями Ethereum.
• Вносить вклад в проекты Liquid Collective и другие инфраструктурные инициативы Galaxy.
• Определять стандарты API, тестирования, надёжности, безопасности и управления ключами.
• Переводить требования продукта в технические спецификации.
• Использовать AI‑помощь в разработке и инструменты автоматизации.

Описание:

Galaxy delivers onchain infrastructure connecting institutions to digital assets through trading, advisory, asset management, staking, self-custody, and tokenization. It also develops and operates data center infrastructure for AI and HPC workloads.

Задачи:

• Build and own backend systems, APIs, services, Ethereum data pipelines and indexers, staking and validator infrastructure integrations, and monitoring and operational tooling
• Own system design end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through testing, deployment, and observability
• Integrate with Ethereum execution-layer and consensus-layer clients
• Contribute to Liquid Collective and other staking and blockchain infrastructure projects across Galaxy
• Define and uphold standards for API design, distributed-systems testing, reliability, fault tolerance, security, and key management
• Translate product and protocol requirements into technical specifications before development
• Use AI-assisted development workflows, including Claude Code, MCP, and agent-based tooling
• Collaborate with protocol, product, and infrastructure teams
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design feedback
• Improve the team’s engineering practices and the quality of its output
• Champion thoughtful AI adoption to improve team performance and business outcomes
• Use generative AI, automation platforms, and data copilots to improve productivity, decision‑making, and output quality

Требования:

• 7+ Years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience building backend systems in Golang
• Deep understanding of distributed systems
• Experience with blockchain systems, preferably Ethereum, including execution and consensus layers, node operation, and data flow
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps, such as Flux
• Strong testing practices for complex and stateful systems
• Experience working in remote, asynchronous teams
• High agency, low ego, end-to-end ownership, and accountability for quality
