Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within FMCG, preferably food processing.
• Strong knowledge of production supervision, food safety, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Minimum B2 level of English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage section staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in production, quality and costs.
• Prepare regular reports on section performance for the Production Manager.
