Job summary

Brightwork Limited in Rosyth near Dunfermline is hiring a Production Operative to join a world-leading salmon production facility. The role is full-time with a fixed shift pattern.

You will monitor the production line, perform basic quality checks and assist with packaging for shipment. On-site canteen and career progression opportunities are provided. Training is offered to all new staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Operative or related role is desirable; full training provided.
• Excellent coordination and dexterity to prepare salmon efficiently.
• Able to work in a busy team environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
• The finished product is packaged correctly and prepared for shipment.
