Job Title: Kitchen Team Leader

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need for smooth service. You’ll support your team by encouraging collaboration and maintaining high standards for every dish served.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
2. Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to ensure safety for your team and visitors.
3. Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
4. Organise and coordinate the team during busy service to ensure smooth operations.
