Job summary

GBK at Manchester Trafford Centre is seeking enthusiastic Back of House team members to support our kitchen crew. You’ll help with prep, cooking, stock management and ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

• Stock management: monitor stock levels and prep for service
• Quality assurance: ensure dishes meet standards of taste, presentation and consistency
