Job summary

Crown Peterborough is seeking a Back End Team Leader to drive safe, efficient operations in a high-volume printing/can manufacturing setting. You will lead the Back End operations daily, coordinating with Front End, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams to meet production targets and quality standards.

The Opportunity

Join our team and play a vital role in supporting the production of high-quality printed cans in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Back End Operation team, upholding the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the Back End production process, ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational performances are achieved. You will work closely with Front End, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow and customer requirements are met.

What You'll Bring

You will hold a relevant level 3 manufacturing, engineering or operational qualification, and have experience leading or coordinating teams within a manufacturing environment. Experience operating and leading Back End can manufacturing processes would be beneficial alongside working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodology.
