Crown Holdings, LLC in the United Kingdom seeks a Back-End Operations Leader with a strong background in can-making and manufacturing excellence. You will act as the technical expert for the Back-End area, driving standardisation, best practices, and continuous improvement across shifts to maximise line performance and product quality.

You will coach and develop SOPs, mentor operators and production teams, and collaborate with engineers to enhance equipment reliability and safety.

Competenze

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline desirable, otherwise equivalent technical knowledge and experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Experience supporting production teams and solving technical problems.
Experience developing and implementing SOPs and coaching others.

Mansioni

Act as the technical expert for the Back-End area across all shifts.
Establish and standardise best practices to maximise line performance, product quality and equipment reliability.
Coach, mentor and develop operators and production leaders; develop SOPs.
Review production performance and support maintenance, changeovers, and part availability to sustain operations.
