Job summary

Believ in Cardiff is hiring a Senior Programme Manager to lead a cross-functional build squad and drive delivery from design to go-live. You will own multiple sites, coordinate connections and energisation, and ensure safe, on-time handovers into operations.

The role is full-time and hybrid, with three core on-site days in Cardiff (Tue-Thu). You will report to the Regional Build Director and shape how we scale our charging network responsibly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure or utilities delivery.
• Experience leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and managing contractors on site.
• Practical understanding of DNO connection processes and energising a new connection.
• Experience of works in the public highway, including streetworks and reinstatement.
• Strong programme and planning discipline with ability to forecast and re-plan.
• A genuine safety-first mindset, with authority to stop work.
• Confident communicator with contractors, councils and residents.
• Comfortable working digitally and capturing data in delivery systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to be on site across your patch.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary build squad from design through to installation, energisation and handover.
• Own site delivery across your portfolio with accountability for design, connections, and metering.
• Coordinate contractors, manage safety, and engage with customers and communities.
• Forecast, plan and adapt schedules to ensure on-time delivery across sites.
• Ensure data capture and reporting using delivery systems and on-site presence.
