Job description

A B2C luxury vehicle dealership specialist is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to design and implement the digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition numbers and brand marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, and engagement initiatives) to generate high-quality sales leads.
• Monitor and refine strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance against key metrics (KPIs).
• Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage a team of marketing high performers

Requirements

• An understanding of multi-channel B2C ecommerce
• Automotive experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Experience of working in a fast-paced business at this level or equivalent
• A degree or equivalent in marketing or marketing-related subject or an alternative marketing qualification
• Excellent standard of verbal and written communication
• Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
• Ability to deal with/influence key influencers and decision makers.
