About the Role

We’re hiring a B2C Ecommerce Creative Strategist to help us create ads that sell.

This role focuses on performance marketing—analyzing audiences, testing hooks and angles, and producing ads that generate revenue.

You will coordinate between media buying, production, and post-production teams—leading ideation, scripting, and ensuring that good ideas become effective ads. If you enjoy blending creativity with data and understand what prompts people to buy, this role is for you.

Disclaimer: This is not about brand awareness. It’s e-commerce, direct response advertising, continuous testing, UGC, and ads that drive results. You will lead from insight to concept, script, and launch. If you can’t merge creativity with performance, this isn’t the role for you.
