Job summary

Daisy Group is seeking a commercially focused Legal Counsel to join its business legal team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to senior legal leadership, you will provide accurate, timely advice on a wide range of B2B contracts, help draft and negotiate terms, and support contract governance across the organisation.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and operate with practical risk assessment to enable on-time delivery of commercial initiatives and effective dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Ability to draft and review commercial contracts.
• Strong negotiation and advisory skills for business stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for a broad range of commercial legal matters for B2B contracts.
• Negotiate and draft customer and supplier agreements.
• Draft and maintain standard terms and conditions for products/services.
