Job summary

Bumper is recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor (B2B) in Sheffield. You’ll be the main contact for dealerships and garages, handling calls and emails to resolve issues quickly.

You will support onboarding, verify information for compliance, and keep precise notes while working within regulatory standards. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) with a salary of £26,500–£28,500 plus a monthly bonus, and offers private healthcare, pension options, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer support, helpdesk, or contact centre
• B2B experience preferred but banking/finance support also welcome
• Confident with numbers and systems
• Clear, friendly communication on phone and in writing

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails from dealership and garage partners, aiming to resolve first time
• Assist partners with invoice, remittance and settlement queries
• Support onboarding by chasing documents and compiling data for KYC checks
• Maintain accurate notes and adhere to response-time standards
• Follow regulatory standards for fair treatment and data handling
