Job summary

Factra, a Manchester-based manufacturer of e-liquid and CBD products, is expanding its commercial team and seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth. You will lead outbound calls, generate new business, and build relationships with B2B and wholesale clients.

In this role, you will own your sales pipeline, hit targets, and become the product expert across our expanding e-liquid portfolio while providing market feedback to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development.
• Comfortable sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads independently.
• Resilient, persistent, and capable of handling rejection.
• Excellent telephone manner—professional, confident, and engaging.
• High call output with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for FMCG e-liquid products.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify new B2B and wholesale clients.
• Source and generate leads through research and outreach.
• Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge of e-liquid and related ranges.
• Manage ongoing client relationships with regular account touchpoints.
• Provide customer feedback to support product development and strategy.
