Join Our Core Operations Team

Locations: Professionals UK, US, Dubai. Part-time or full-time hours, earning £4-8k pcm (OTE), with a competitive base rate and high commission potential. Our platforms connect businesses with professionals for growth, performance, and collaboration. We have 55,000 members globally, with high demand from prospective clients.

Work Schedule: 15-30 hours per week. Remote work with in-person team meetings at Bond Street, London.

Career Progression: Full-time roles and fast-track senior position routes are available.

Key Activities
  1. Conduct calls with members to promote the benefits of premium membership, which drives high-quality inquiries, clients, and contacts for new business.
  2. Convert prospects into clients.
  3. Forward inquiries between members seeking services.
  4. Follow up on inquiries to track successful engagements.
  5. Reach out to new prospects.
  6. Attend business conferences and participate in international business activities (optional).
Attributes Required
  1. Effective B2B communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Creativity and intuition to identify client needs and build tailored cases for businesses.
  3. Ability to learn about different industry sectors from provided notes.
