Based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, BL1

Salary: £24,000-£29,000 basic, rising to £40K based on performance, with £50,000 OTE; top performers earn over £55,000.

NowSkills is a leading provider of IT and digital Apprenticeships, offering training and job placements across the North West. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our Bolton head office team.

What will I be doing?

We support apprentices on their digital careers and advise employer partners on recruitment, training, and retention strategies. You will contact employers to introduce digital apprenticeship schemes, government funding, and grants.

Post-training, you’ll act as a trusted adviser for employers utilizing government apprenticeship schemes, with many returning for additional apprenticeships.

We provide full training, ongoing CPD, and support from our resourcing and marketing teams. A sales mentor will assist your understanding of the FE industry and help you reach your targets.

What we are looking for:

Experience in account management or a service environment is preferred, but all sector backgrounds will be considered. You should be proactive, service-oriented, and capable of developing relationships and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. Attention to detail is essential to ensure all orders and bookings are completed accurately.

This role involves working with existing employer clients to meet their apprenticeship needs, with a bonus for each IT apprentice placed.
