B2B Sales Executive - IT & Digital Apprenticeship Training Solutions

Based Bolton, Greater Manchester, BL1

Salary - £24,000-£29,000 basic salary, rising incrementally to £40K basic based on performance, £50,000 OTE, top performers earn in excess of £55,000.

NowSkills is a leading provider of IT and digital Apprenticeships. We provide training and job placements for apprentices into businesses & organisations across the North West. Now in our 13th year, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team based in our Bolton town centre head offices.

What will I be doing?

At NowSkills, we change lives by supporting apprentices on the first step of their digital careers. If you want to impact people's lives positively, this role could be for you. We support and advise our employer partners on recruitment, training and retaining the next generation of tech talent. You will be contacting employers and introducing them to digital apprenticeship schemes, government funding, and grants that are available to them.

After your training period, you'll become a trusted adviser for employers who want to utilise the government's apprenticeship schemes to train their teams. Most employers return for more apprentices once they understand how the scheme works.

We offer our new sales colleagues full training, support and ongoing CPD to help you to deliver the most accurate and latest information. You're supported by our resourcing and marketing teams who will deliver sales leads and new digital talent for your employers. You'll be assigned a sales mentor to help you understand the FE industry and bring you to target as quickly as possible.

What we are looking for:

You will have experience in account management previously, ideally in a service environment, however, we will consider all sector backgrounds. As a proactive, service-orientated Sales Executive, you will have an ability to develop relationships within existing accounts and find new opportunities within your customer base. An attention to detail and ability to make sure all orders/ bookings have completed the required paperwork.

This Sales role will be working with existing employer clients, ensuring we are offering the highest levels of service and ensuring their future apprenticeship needs are met.

On top of your basic salary, you will receive a bonus for every IT apprentice who starts with an employer.
