My client is seeking a Director/Senior Manager, B2B Sales & Business Development, EU for a growing organization specializing in travel and sporting goods (e.g., luggage, bags).

This is a remote position based in countries such as the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, etc.

Details:

  • Experience in luggage/bags is not required but exposure to similar categories like apparel, fashion, accessories is necessary.
  • Proven strong sales and business development experience, including B2B relationships with corporate accounts, private brands, labels, and retailers across the EU.
  • Full P&L responsibility.
  • Geographic coverage: EU.
  • Hands-on approach required.
  • Willingness to grow, hire, and develop a team from scratch when the timing is right (dependent on your initiative).
  • Budget is open for discussion based on experience, plus commission.
