Job summary

Market Recruitment is seeking a Content Marketing Manager for a high-growth B2B SaaS company in Manchester. This hands-on role involves turning complex subject matter into engaging narratives and owning the full content lifecycle.

You will drive research, writing, and multi-channel distribution, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with significant autonomy to shape how the business communicates and builds brand authority.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B content marketing for SaaS or technology.
• Proven ability to write clear, compelling copy about complex subjects.
• Experience running end-to-end campaigns across digital channels (email, social).
• Strong research skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content: articles, web copy, case studies, emails, and thought leadership.
• Translate complex data into clear messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, website, social media, and enablement channels.
• Manage day-to-day social media strategy and engagement.
• Support product marketing with announcements, positioning docs, and sales collateral.
• Track campaign performance and refine distribution strategies.
