Qualifications

• Previous order processing experience ideal.
• Strong data entry experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage a high volume of customer orders, with a focus on FOC and single-line orders.
• Monitor order queues and prioritise workload to meet service levels.
• Deal directly with customers by telephone, email or in person.
• Provide pricing and delivery information to customers.
• Log details of enquiries, comments and actions taken.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Logistics and After Sales Support.
