Job summary

phs Group in Caerphilly seeks a Marketing Manager on a maternity cover contract. The role will shape integrated campaigns across channels, drive growth and strengthen market leadership.

You will work with Sales, Product, Pricing, CX and Digital teams to deliver data-driven marketing that retains customers and generates new business. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of marketing experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills and proficiency with Salesforce/Pardot.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years marketing experience, ideally B2B.
• Experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns.
• Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to create compelling customer propositions and storytelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns with Digital, Content, PR, Events and Design.
• Create customer-focused messaging that drives engagement and value.
• Deliver retention and loyalty programmes to reduce cancellations.
• Support lead generation and sales pipeline growth through targeted activity.
• Use insights to identify opportunities and optimise performance.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness and report on impact to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, CX and Digital teams.
