Alchem Partners Limited is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and drive the company’s marketing strategy. You will work with the Commercial Director and sales team to strengthen market presence, generate new business opportunities and support ambitious growth plans.

You will manage digital marketing, campaigns, content, and communications, coordinating with technical teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing activities that accelerate revenue and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Strong track record in digital marketing, content, and communications.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with capability to measure marketing performance.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemicals or technical products is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Developing and delivering a marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Creating targeted B2B campaigns to generate leads and support business development.
• Working with sales and technical teams to identify new markets, customers and opportunities.
• Managing digital marketing activity including website, LinkedIn, emails and online content.
• Developing marketing materials, literature and presentations.
• Taking ownership of exhibitions and events marketing activity.
• Supporting new product launches and market development initiatives.
• Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.
• Using CRM data to track performance and improve results.
• Managing external agencies and suppliers as needed.
