B2B Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to lead their seller acquisition efforts across the UK and EU. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech literate and data-driven marketing leader who is passionate about using cutting-edge AI-powered solutions to drive significant growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will own the full seller acquisition funnel, taking responsibility for developing and implementing innovative, AI-enhanced multichannel marketing strategies. They will be adept at utilising AI to automate and optimise outreach across platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and PR, ensuring efficient lead generation of e-commerce retailers, marketplace traders, and online sellers.

This high-impact role requires a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets. The ideal candidate will be skilled at leveraging AI-driven analytics to continuously refine campaign performance and deliver measurable business growth. Given the international scope, experience in ensuring messaging is effectively translated and localised for EU audiences, ideally using AI-powered tools, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing AI-enhanced multichannel marketing strategies to attract sellers across the UK and EU.
  • Deploying AI-driven LinkedIn automation, social media growth tactics, and predictive analytics to enhance outreach and engagement.
  • Utilising AI-powered email copywriting tools to scale targeted campaigns and ensure translation accuracy for EU markets.
  • Continuously optimising CPL and CPA using AI-driven cohort analysis to ensure high-volume lead generation with measurable efficiency.
  • Leveraging AI-powered analytics tools to enhance campaign tracking, CPL/CPA monitoring, and sales funnel optimisation.
  • Delivering comprehensive P&L and channel performance reporting, using AI-driven insights to refine marketing spend and maximise lead conversions.
  • Driving real-time AI-based performance tracking, ensuring agility in marketing response strategies.
  • Overseeing UK and EU-facing landing pages, ensuring AI-powered optimisation for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Creating AI-assisted email campaigns, ensuring compelling and localised messaging for multilingual audiences.
  • Testing and iterating landing page designs with AI-generated A/B testing to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Developing AI-assisted PR strategies, integrating data-driven outreach to secure high-impact media placements and raise brand profile.
  • Using AI-generated content recommendations to create thought leadership pieces that drive credibility and seller sign-ups.
  • Establishing PR opportunities that maximise brand visibility, ensuring AI-supported translation and localisation for EU media outreach.

The successful candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing, with a demonstrable track record in lead generation, AI-driven digital activation, and PR.
  • Advanced understanding of CPL and CPA, with practical experience in optimising marketing investments using AI-powered analytics.
  • P&L management experience, ensuring ROI-focused marketing execution.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered LinkedIn automation, social media scaling, and email lead generation.
  • Experience in UK & EU seller acquisition, including the implementation of AI-enhanced multilingual campaigns and outreach.
  • Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to interpret AI-driven cohort data to refine acquisition strategies.
