Lawhive is an online platform for consumers and small businesses to get legal help at a fraction of the cost of a traditional law firm. Our platform combines regulated human lawyers collaborating with the world’s first AI lawyer specifically built for consumer legal work.

Equal access to the law is one of society’s most pressing unsolved problems. We’re passionate about leveling the playing field and believe access to the law should be a basic utility.

Our AI lawyer, Lawrence, is built on our fine-tuned LLM and recently passed the UK’s bar exam equivalent.

We’re backed by top US and UK VC funds, including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital, and TQ Ventures. We recently secured a $40M Series A round to support international expansion and team growth, making it one of the largest Series A rounds in Europe for 2024.

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious B2B marketing expert to lead demand generation and position Lawhive as the premier technology solution for independent legal consultants. You will partner with the VP of Marketing to build and execute marketing programs that make a lasting impact on the legal industry and empower lawyers through AI.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Develop and execute innovative B2B demand generation strategies to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  2. Create compelling written and video content tailored to lawyers at each decision-making stage.
  3. Implement a personality-driven content strategy to showcase our expertise and establish Lawhive as a leader in legal tech.
  4. Enhance our digital presence, especially on LinkedIn, to drive demand.
  5. Produce thought leadership content addressing industry challenges, including white papers, webinars, and social media snippets.
  6. Highlight success stories of lawyers on our platform through case studies and narratives.
  7. Build relationships with trusted publications and influential voices to boost brand credibility.
  8. Organize and execute impactful in-person events to foster industry conversations and generate pipeline opportunities.
  9. Create an optimized digital funnel with lead scoring and nurturing to capture demand effectively.
  10. Track and analyze marketing metrics to demonstrate ROI and refine strategies continually.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • Proven ability to develop and implement demand generation strategies that deliver measurable results, especially targeting professional service providers.
  • Successful experience in creating and executing social media-driven thought leadership campaigns.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within legal or professional services sectors.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Expertise in multi-channel content strategies for sophisticated audiences.
  • Strong LinkedIn marketing skills.
  • Experience with account-based marketing and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to build industry relationships and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
