RecruitME is seeking a Marketing Coordinator near Oakham and Stamford to support UK/EMEA marketing campaigns, events and digital activities. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Lead and involves working across campaigns, events, exhibitions, social media and communications.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in marketing, with hands-on experience delivering campaigns and strong organisational skills; HubSpot experience would be advantageous.

Are you a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive or experienced Marketing Assistant with at least 12 months’ hands‑on marketing experience?

RecruitME is working with an established international engineering and technology business to recruit a Marketing Coordinator for its team near Oakham and Stamford.

Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Lead, you will support the delivery of marketing activity across the UK and EMEA, working across campaigns, events, exhibitions, digital marketing, social media, communications and brand development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1–3 years’ marketing experience who is ready to develop their career within a professional, international B2B environment.

The Marketing Coordinator role

This is a varied, hands‑on marketing position where no two weeks are likely to look the same.

You will help plan, coordinate and deliver marketing activity while working closely with sales teams, technical colleagues and the wider international marketing function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and supporting integrated marketing campaigns
• Supporting exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and customer events
• Assisting with advertising, sponsorship and promotional activity
• Working with sales teams and internal departments on marketing requirements
• Supporting regional event planning and delivery
• Coordinating post‑event sales and business development follow‑up
• Proofreading, editing and checking marketing content
• Supporting conference submissions, presentations and technical papers
• Producing and coordinating brochures, case studies and presentations
• Supporting social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Ensuring marketing materials remain consistent with brand guidelines
• Coordinating signage, merchandise and promotional materials
• Carrying out market and competitor research
• Supporting internal communications and employee engagement activity
• Tracking marketing activity and supporting performance reporting

• Providing administrative and logistical support across multiple marketing projects

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who already has at least one year of practical marketing experience within a professional working environment.

You could currently be working as a:

You should be able to demonstrate:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good written communication and proofreading ability
• Experience working across several projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Confidence communicating with different departments and stakeholders
• A proactive and tenacious approach
• The confidence to chase actions and keep projects progressing
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• An interest in learning about technical products, industries and markets

Experience with HubSpot, B2B marketing, digital marketing, social media, exhibitions or events would be particularly advantageous.
