Job summary

Freddie’s Flowers in London is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales & Innovation Manager to own the full sales pipeline from first conversation to long-term account growth. The role spans care homes and corporate gifting partners, with scope to develop new channels as the B2B function expands, while delivering exceptional customer care and commercial results.

You will build relationships, run end-to-end deals, manage renewals, and collaborate with product, operations and marketing to shape go-to-market

Qualifications

• Some experience in a B2B sales or account management role.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline across multiple channels.
• Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a network within the care home industry and manage key accounts.
• Develop and pursue new corporate gifting opportunities and partnerships.
• Own outbound prospecting and respond to inbound enquiries.
• Negotiate terms and manage the full order process from enquiry to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Marketing on go-to-market ideas.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and track KPIs for new channels.
