Job summary

Freddie’s Flowers is seeking a Merchandiser to optimise product mix, pricing, and promotions for UK and Germany markets. You’ll bridge Flowers, Creative, Ops/Buying, Marketing and Commercial teams to maximise performance across subscriptions and gifting.

The role requires hands-on PPC management, strong analytics, and a proactive mindset to drive weekly KPIs. Some remote work options and a supportive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Google Ads PPC experience in‑house or agency.
• Strong analytics with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization (Looker Studio/Tableau/GA4).
• Interest in AI-driven automation and applying it to workflows.
• Resilience and pro‑active planning to meet weekly KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Google & Microsoft Ads: manage budgets, campaigns, bids, product feeds; develop test-and-learn roadmaps.
• SEO/GEO: coordinate with agency to improve rankings and share of voice.
• Other PPC channels: support channels like affiliates.
• Advanced Analytics: build/automate reports using Google Sheets/Looker/Claude to inform management.
• Conversion Rate Optimisation: work with manager/product team to optimise pages.
