Job summary

Iconic Media Group is seeking an organised Event Manager to plan and deliver a varied B2B events portfolio, from awards ceremonies to conferences, ensuring budgets and client needs are met. You will source venues, coordinate suppliers, manage sponsorships, drive ticket sales and oversee day-of delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring a positive experience.

Based in Manchester or Leeds, you will travel to events and meetings; office-based when not onsite, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Experience delivering B2B events.
• Experience with awards ceremonies or conferences preferred.
• Publishing, media or events background useful.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source and coordinate venues, suppliers, hosts, speakers and entertainment.
• Manage budgets, negotiate supplier costs and monitor expenditure.
• Work with sales and marketing colleagues to support sponsorship commitments, drive ticket sales and maximise event promotion.
• Oversee delivery on the day, resolving issues calmly and keeping clients and guests informed.
• Gather feedback and review results, identifying ways to improve future events.
