• Sell delegate passes across multiple brands using a consultative sales style.
• Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities, particularly membership.
• Follow up incoming leads and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Support the Sales Manager with pipeline management and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and wider teams on events and membership initiatives.
• Contribute to the company’s environmental and social initiatives.
