William Reed in London is seeking an Events Content Producer to shape content strategy for Retail Week and The Grocer’s events, delivering programs that attract audiences and provide sponsor value. You’ll drive agendas, research trends and engage top speakers to grow a portfolio valued at over £1.5m.

You’ll work across editorial, sales and operations to ensure deadlines are met and content aligns with commercial goals while upholding editorial integrity.

Formación

• Proven experience developing content programmes for B2B events or editorial content for conferences.
• Strong research skills to identify trends and audience priorities.
• Interest in public speaking, panel moderation and interviewing industry professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Commercial awareness balancing audience, sponsor and business priorities.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interviewing, briefing and content creation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop agendas and content programmes for conferences and executive events.
• Research market developments and translate insights into engaging content.
• Identify and coordinate senior industry speakers and build relationships.
