Job summary

William Reed Ltd is seeking an energetic Events Content Producer in London to shape content for Retail Week and The Grocer's events portfolio. You will develop compelling conference programmes, research trends, engage senior speakers and align content with commercial goals while maintaining editorial integrity.

You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and operations to deliver high-quality events, analyse feedback and continuously improve future programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop content programmes for B2B events or editorial content production.
• Strong research skills to identify trends and market opportunities.
• Interest in public speaking, moderating panels and interviewing professionals on stage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with senior executives.
• Balance audience needs with sponsor priorities and business goals.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop agendas and content programmes for conferences and executive events.
• Research trends and translate insights into engaging content.
• Identify and coordinate senior industry speakers and build relationships.
• Support sponsor discussions, reflecting commercial priorities with editorial integrity.
