Responsibilities

• Manage debit/credit note process to meet customer and company requirements.
• Manage customer complaints and returns effectively and efficiently.
• Lead and develop a small, office-based customer service team.
• Support key accounts and resolve complex queries and claims.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply and transport teams.
• Maintain controls across quotations, orders, payments and installations.
• Drive a collaborative, accountable and customer-focused culture.
