JMC Aviation is seeking a B2 Licensed Engineer (Rotary) for MoD Boscombe Down, Amesbury, Wiltshire. The role is permanent and onsite, Monday–Friday, performing line and base maintenance with reporting to the Head of Maintenance.

Candidates must hold a UKCAA B2 license; AW139/H145 types are desirable; SC clearance and right to work in the UK are required. The company supports ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold UKCAA B2 license.
• SC clearance is desirable.
• Ability to hold SC (Security Clearance).
• Right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide and communicate regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance/Head of Department.
• Certify work within the scope of company authorisation.
• Carry out Line and Base maintenance, including off-site tasks.
• Undertake all tasks related to aircraft maintenance.
• Ensure quality and standards for aircraft, components and documentation.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and premises to acceptable standards.
• Debrief operational crew to define and record defects.
• Analyse and interpret technical aircraft information.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry requirements and reporting authorities.

On behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded rotary organisation, we are recruiting B2 Licensed Engineers to support ongoing maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide and communicate regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance/Head of Department
• Certify work within the scope of company authorisation
• Carry out both Line and Base maintenance, also off-site if required
• Undertake all tasks related to aircraft maintenance
• Ensure the highest quality and standards of work are completed in relation to aircraft, components and documentation
• Ensure facilities, equipment and premises are maintained to an acceptable standard
• Ensuring operational crew members are debriefed to ensure defects are accurately defined and recorded
• Analyse and interpret technical aircraft information
• Work with other Departments to ensure smooth operation of the business
• Ensure compliance is maintained to industry requirements and authorities
• Comply with all Continuing Professional Development requirements relevant to the relevant company policies and reporting authority
• Complete all tasks as specified in an efficient and compliant manner ensuring that safety matters are always considered and adhered to
• Effective management of all maintenance within your control

• Hold a valid UKCAA B2 license
• AW139/H145 types desirable
• Ability to hold SC
• Must have Right to Live and Work in UK
