Qualifications

• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of avionics technicians.
• Conduct detailed inspections per Boeing specifications.
• Ensure avionics work meets quality and safety standards.
• Interpret manuals, schematics and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate avionics maintenance tasks and program activities.
• Provide progress updates to the Line Manager.
• Escalate technical or scheduling issues as needed.
• Mentor junior avionics personnel and promote safety culture.
