You will own the quality and compliance of your work, ensuring safe practices and timely updates to the Lead Technician or B2 Engineer. The role requires an engineering apprenticeship and strong avionics knowledge, with UK work eligibility and security vetting.

Qualificações

• Completed an engineering apprenticeship—ideally in Aeronautical engineering or military equivalent
• Previous aircraft modification experience
• Previous aircraft production experience is advantageous
• Excellent hand skills
• Attention to detail
• Eligible to work and live in the UK
• Subject to UK security Vetting
• Excellent knowledge of Avionics systems
• Reliability
• Adaptability
• Good interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Carry out avionics modifications and maintenance per approved data
• Ensure quality and compliance of work with safety and timely communication with Lead Technician or B2 Engineer
• Precise wiring terminations and testing
• Removal and installation of shelves, panels and equipment
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory requirements
• Loom manufacture and testing
• Support avionics system testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Maintain the highest standards of tool control within the work area
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
