Job summary

Volantes Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to support the Shift Supervisor and Chief Engineer in ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance of Part-145 and/or A8-23 maintenance activities within the aircraft maintenance team.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, certification of B2 activities, and occasional travel to support the maintenance operation while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work shift patterns to suit business needs.
• Medically fit to perform daily engineering duties including detachment work.
• Security cleared (SC) at minimum to meet UK/ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across maintenance tasks.
• Maintain aircraft and equipment as allocated by Shift Supervisor.
• Certify all B2 maintenance activities performed during shifts.
• Assist Shift Supervisor in prioritising tasks and team development.
