Job summary

TUI AG in Honiton, United Kingdom, is seeking a Base Maintenance B1 Licensed Engineer to maintain aircraft compliant with regulations and procedures. You will work as part of a skilled team, performing inspections, servicing, repairs and component changes across our fleet to keep aircraft flying safely.

You will be responsible for accurate maintenance records, reporting task times, and supporting continuous improvement while complying with security and airport requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold a current EASA/UK B1 licence.
• Ideally hold a fleet type rating (737NG/737MAX/787) but not essential.
• Experience in a base maintenance environment.
• Detail-oriented and well organised.
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Ability to multi-task within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to obtain/hold the required Airport Security pass.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, servicing, component replacement, modifications and repairs to aircraft systems.
• Perform tasks using appropriate tools and equipment, independently or as part of a team.
• Complete maintenance records accurately and report time required for tasks.
• Support continuous development of skills and knowledge for quality within required timescales.
• Engage in continuous improvement ideas and work cooperatively with team members.
