Job summary

Yorkshire Water is recruiting two Solution Architects to design enterprise-scale solutions across our Azure ecosystem. You will translate complex business needs into scalable designs, working with customer or asset domains to support regulatory and operational goals.

You will partner with engineering teams, shape architecture forums, and lead secure, cloud-native integration initiatives. The role offers hybrid working and a clear path to modernising our platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within a Microsoft Azure environment.
• Understanding of customer service, customer experience or asset management domains.
• Experience with CRM, customer engagement, contact centre or digital customer platforms, or asset information/enterprise asset management tools.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture, API design and messaging patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate needs into scalable designs.
• Provide strategic technology guidance aligning delivery with business goals.
• Design and govern secure, scalable Azure-based solutions.
• Lead governance across APIs and integrations.
